Smoky Mountain Creations is owned by Shelby Wagner, a former music teacher and church musician in Michigan, and husband, Robert, a retired GMC engineer. Seeking a slightly warmer winter climate while retaining four seasons, Robert and Shelby relocated to Parrottsville, TN in 2000.  We built a new house from which we enjoy a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains, and the rich musical and artistic traditions of the area.   Shelby is currently Organist for the Parrottsville Methodist Church.
